SUMMARY:A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC - Mozart Comes to Queens
DESCRIPTION:The program opens with one of Mozart’s most famous compositions\, “Eine Kleine Nachtmusik” (“A Little Night Music”). It remains a favorite in classical music repertoires worldwide. Next\, violin virtuoso Bella Hristova plays Violin Concerto No. 5 in A major\, K. 219\, often called the “Turkish” due to its exotic-sounding third movement. We conclude with Mozart’s Symphony No. 40 in G Minor\, K. 550\, known as one of Mozart’s most romantic and emotionally charged symphonic masterpiece of the classical era. This concert is sure to be a mesmerizing journey through some of Mozart’s most beloved compositions\, highlighting his unparalleled talent and the timeless beauty of his music.
